At BabyPlanet South Africa, we are committed to delivering your order quickly and securely. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we handle shipping and delivery of your products.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently offer shipping within South Africa. We do not ship internationally at this time.


2. Shipping Methods

BabyPlanet uses reliable courier services to ensure your order reaches you in the shortest time possible.
Delivery will be made via standard shipping. The cost for shipping will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.


3. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


4. Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary based on your location and the courier service used, but generally, orders will arrive within 2-4 business days.
Please note that during peak seasons or busy periods, delivery times may be longer than usual.


5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of the items you are purchasing.
We currently offer only standard shipping, and all shipping costs will be displayed before you complete your order.


6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track the status of your delivery.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update once the order has been dispatched.


7. Shipping Delays

While we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, courier delays, or high order volumes.
In the event of a shipping delay, we will do our best to inform you and provide an updated delivery estimate.


8. Missing or Lost Orders

If your order is missing or hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame, please contact us at info@babyplanet.co.za. We will work with the courier service to resolve the issue.


9. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that all shipping information provided during checkout is correct. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect shipping details.
If you realize there is an error in your address after placing the order, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to update the details before the order is shipped.


10. Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return and either a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
