At BabyPlanet South Africa, we are committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we offer the following return and refund policy:
1 - Return Eligibility
You may return products within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
-Unused
-In its original packaging
-In resalable condition
-Not damaged or defective (unless the product was received damaged or defective)
Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:
-Opened toys
-Personalized or custom-made items
-Hygiene products (such as pacifiers, baby bottles, etc.)
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@babyplanet.co.za to request a return authorization.
Provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back to us. The return shipping costs will be your responsibility, unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
If a product is returned in a condition that does not meet the criteria outlined above, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or exchange.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@babyplanet.co.za within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We will arrange for a return of the damaged or defective product and provide you with a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the item you wish to receive in exchange.
6. Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Items marked as final sale
